Seeking experienced chef to operate established mobile food vending operation.
This will be our ninth season setting up and cooking paella at local farmers markets, music events, and more from June - August. Our business is well established in the greater Bozeman / Big Sky area with consistent quality and a culture of working hard and focused while having a great time.
Ideal candidate has experience towing a trailer. Clean driving record is strongly preferred.
Candidate should have experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
Candidate should be passionate about delivering quality food and service to customers.
Candidate should be capable of leading a team of two to three additional staff, depending on the event.
Candidate should be familiar with using excel / google sheets to track inventory and contribute to event planning.
Minimum compensation will equate to $35 per hour, with opportunity for higher pay based on execution/success at events.
