California Closet Company - St. Louis is looking for someone with a good work ethic and basic to advanced carpentry skills that wants a full-time job with benefits installing closets. As an installer you will need to be familiar with basic tools, building and assembling wood products and hardware, and be dependable, respectful, and conscientious towards co-workers and customers.
Experience is not needed but preferred. Starting pay is determined by work experience and performance and can range from $40,000 to $65,000/year. Hours will be between 40-50 most weeks, normally M-F.
The main responsibility of the position is to install products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction, have an eye for details, and be able to work within the system. Self-directed and highly motivated individuals who can problem solve on the spot will go far in the company.
