You could be in a million dollar county home 1 day and a vacant gut rehab in the city the next. I would expect the same finished product. No large commercial windows and very little high work. Windows always delivered on quantity's of 5 or more. Dumpster and All Materials Provided.
You will have to pass a 1 window wrapping and caulking test. I cannot put anyone in customers homes without seeing how they work. Please don't call me if you cannot understand that. Please be able to spare 1 hour at the end of the day or on your weekend to come and wrap and caulk a really simple wood window in a brick home.
If it looks good I can feed you jobs forever. I warranty my work for life so it has to be done right and I want uniformity so it has to match my style and approach. I pay $175 per window installed with wrap. Twin units pay twice that and so on. 2nd floor pays an extra $15 per window. Any odd ball jobs we can negotiate price no problem. If there is ever more labor than anticipated, it pays more money. Must have general liability insurance. Jobs are paid on completion most times but never later than 7 business days after. I get work from a very wide variety of clients. Everyone pays a little different. I also offer a ton of services. I can keep you really busy if you are professional and even train you wherever you are interested. I don't bother my guys all day but I do expect thorough communication and to be able to reach you when you are on the job site.
