Part-Time Leasing Position
Saturdays & Sundays 10am-6pm
We pride ourselves in providing safe and affordable storage options in St. Charles County. We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys greeting people with a smile and communicating with customers in a manner that is professional. This position is great for someone who can work with minimal supervision and is comfortable working alone. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of taking payments, answering phones and keeping accurate notes and records.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Accepting payments
Showing units
Signing new leases
Filing
Preparing units for new tenants
Maintaining a clean and organized office
Follow up with customers and potential customers
Making Collection Calls
Small handy man projects include replacing weather stripping, fixing latches, cutting locks etc.
