We have an immediate opening for a Full-time Maintenance Technician. We are a small Property Management Company, that prides ourselves in hiring only the best professionals in the industry. This self- motivated individual will help make the team excel and must have a strong desire to succeed.
All work is to be performed in St. Charles County, Missouri. Potential candidates must have their own truck or van and hand tools. Ideal candidates will be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Provide a Valid Driver's License
Have a reliable Truck or Van
Own a Smartphone
REQUIREMENTS:
ALL POTENTIAL CANIDATES MUST
Own a set of basic hand tools or power tools (ex – screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc.)
Have skills to complete and troubleshoot common maintenance service requests
Be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
Have the knowledge to complete light plumbing and electrical repairs
Ability to perform pressure washing, leaf blowing parking lots, and trash removal.
Have basic carpentry skills
Possess general knowledge of appliance repair and or installation and abilities to troubleshoot HVAC issues
Ability to do exterior and Interior painting, caulking and light drywall repair
Have determination and desire to jump in and assist others with their assignments when necessary
Possess the ability to work well without constant supervision.
Work well with time management and organization
Possess a thoroughness and attention to detail
Have good communication skills for tenant relations on maintenance requests
Ability to operate a backhoe and or skid loader a plus
Job Summary: You will be responsible for completing work orders as assigned and prioritized. Getting units move-in ready, general maintenance on all properties and ensuring properties are following company standards. Every employee is always required to maintain professionalism and follow company policies. Specific duties may vary depending upon assignment.
