Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients' properties, ensuring they are maintained to our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated spaces
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Organize and tidy up spaces to ensure a neat and orderly appearance
Provide necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must be able to provide necessary supplies to work and clean
Must be able to work as an independent contractor (1099)
