Job Title: Cook - DB Cooper's Safe House
Location: 6109 Gravios St Louis, MO
Position Type: Full-time / Part-time
Overview: DB Cooper's Safe House is a fun establishment offering a unique atmosphere for patrons to have a good time. We have cheap beer, great food, and sexy babes! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our team. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction and assist with bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu creation and execution
Collaborate with the management team to develop a menu that our customers like
Prepare and cook food in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
Monitor food inventory and order supplies to meet demand
Customer Satisfaction:
Foster a positive atmosphere through attentive and friendly service in collaboration with all employees
Forward customer feedback and inquiries to the appropriate team members with a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Bar Operations Support:
Assist the bar team with food preparation during peak hours and events
Ensure timely delivery of food to the bar area and coordinate with bartenders to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook, ideally in a casual dining or bar setting
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Knowledge of bar operations and working in tandem with bar staff is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
