The Sales Director- Auto is responsible for overall generation of profitable revenue growth and client satisfaction between Equifax and assigned Financial Services accounts. The Sales Director is also responsible for leveraging Equifax's Enterprise Distribution Channel, and Workforce Solutions Verification Services' unique solutions and analytics to solve for known and emerging client issues. The role is a sales role within Equifax's Workforce Solutions. You will be the sales specialist for the Auto products. The role will perform all the functions of the sales lifecycle including hunting and identifying leads, managing existing accounts, increasing penetration within your existing book of business, moving opportunities through the sales funnel, and ultimately closing the deal.We are seeking someone in St Louis to work a hybrid schedule in our Clayton office 3 days per week.What you'll do:

You will deliver on revenue targets

Deeply understand the market, and the market problems we are solving.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales

You will need to maintain opportunities in Salesforce

This position requires you to be a "hunter"; demonstrated ability to develop new pipeline and cultivate prospects

Makes follow-up calls and conducts research to qualify sales leads.

Able to work in collaboration with cross functional sales team to target opportunities and cross-sell products.

Ability to partner with COE and support partners

Effectively lead assigned territory and maximizes business potential

Builds and maintains prospective customer relationships.

You will work with internal marketing representatives to keep literature up to date.

What experience you need:

5-7 years successful service-based solution selling in a business-to-business environment dealing with senior management and C Suite

2 years of Automotive Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

Ability to travel up to 50%

What could set you apart:

5 years of Automotive Experience, specifically selling to lenders and dealers

Experience in FinTech and on-line banking clients and vendors

Proven solutions-sales approach to work with clients to figure out appropriate solutions and value

Proven ability owning the sales process from lead to revenue.

Experience with driving sales through partners

Experience with sales tools and systems (ie. Salesforce)
