IVR Business Analyst Client : Infosys//Charter Communication Location : St.Louis, MO, USA JD : Position #: Business Analyst specializing in IVR and Call Routing- Responsibilities: Work with business requesters to create business requirements Create functional requirements for consumption by engineers to perform system level changes Work with PM's to support coordinate launch dates Light project management duties to coordinate less difficult/involved projects from start to finish Create/run SQL queries and analyze data patterns for customer call trends Core Competencies: Experience working with call routing technologies o Avaya experience greatly preferred o Cisco/Genesys/etc experience considered Experience with Business analyst experience Project management experience Note: Ideally this person has had hands on experience with making changes directly in the Avaya or Cisco environments.
