The eCommerce Credentialing Analyst reviews online credentialing applications and documentation for potential new clients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements for accessing consumer data.What you'll do
Review online applications for accuracy, including permissible purpose and how the data will be used.
Complete searches on users and/or companies to ensure they are in good standing.
Review Virtual Onsite Inspections to ensure the location where data will be accessed is secure.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients in need of additional information.
What experience you need
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Previous success in roles within a fast paced environment.
