Looking For a few highly motivated candidates that want a fair wage. We maintain residential rental properties throughout the Metro area. Must be disciplined and capable of managing your time with little to no supervision. You will be assigned a route and we need reliable individuals that can complete their route timely. Must be drug free, have a current driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Must have your own truck and will be paid per mile along with an hourly wage of $20.00. Work primarily consists of keeping weeds under control, trash picked up, shrubs trimmed etc. even during the winter months. Schedule is Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday if we fall behind. Feel Free to call or text with any additional questions. If you have your own lawn maintenance equipment a higher hourly rate would be considered.
