My company is doing discovery only. In the future we are looking to hire a general contractor to work on salary plus bonus for us. It would be a full time job salary, vacation, benefits, etc The job would include working to flip homes and working on construction projects for clients. We are focused on producing quality high value output, experience in fire and water damage restoration would also be a big plus. We are looking for someone that would have a good number of contacts for sub contracting, rough construction, finishing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc. You would work with a project manager to oversee the project. You would at a minimum need to posess a contractors license and be a member or be able to become a member of the homebuilders Association in Springfield. I'm simply posting to find out:
1. If there are people interested in this (you would not be able to operate your own construction business on the side)
2. What your salary requirements are
This would likely be available in 6-12 months. You are not committing to anything and will likely not be contacted, but we'd love to hear from you. When avaialble you would be our first people we'd reach to with notification such a job is available.
