• Facilitate requirements gathering with key business stakeholders by using excellent inquiry and communication skills.
• Define functional requirements, perform analysis, and assist in the design, testing, and implementation of newly defined and modifications to existing reports.
• Provide consumer goods industry knowledge in one or more business areas (Customer Service, Product Supply, Financial, Sales & Marketing, Material Handling or Technical and Production).
• Must display a sense of urgency.

• Prepare and run daily, weekly, and monthly Business Warehouse reports, validate report accuracy, troubleshoot issues as required, deliver reports to required resources on time.
• Fulfill ad-hoc report requests for the supported business stream/s as required.
• Partner with the business community in developing best practice, business process changes and assist in the development of report specifications with the Regional Business Solutions group.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews.
• Clearly communicate both orally and in writing, business/technology concepts across all levels of organization.
• Work as an analyst to support large projects as required.
