About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in Financial Crimes Analytics, Monitoring and Surveillance (FCAMS) as a leader in the Platform and Data Value Stream.This role is responsible for application business ownership for FCAMS-owned platforms and data applications. Act as a product owner of Financial Crimes applications working closely with technology partners to develop solutions satisfying complex business process needs; this includes preparing user stories and acceptance criteria for system changes, recommending, and initiating system testing and acting as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition / improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.

Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems

Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues

Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems

Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements

Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems

Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions

Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes

Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables

Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding USA PATRIOT Act and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements

Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)

SharePoint site design and admin functions experience

Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

Experience with corporate wide systems such as Hogan, OIB, SVP or Mobius Archive

2+ years of experience with BSA/AML/OFAC laws and regulations

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Job Expectations:
