Description:Weekly breakdown:25-30 hours of billing and claims 10-15 hours of pharmacy order entry Duties:Contact facilities for prior authorizations Review patient discharge information Post-consumption billingData entry of resident insurance informationReview resident fact sheets and make corrections if necessary Verify and change any financial pay statuses Provide customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities Identify errors that caused claim denial daily Re-bill claims as needed Assist in overall automation of billing procedures End of month bill processVisit clients to go over monthly billing statementClaim adjudication Software:QS1 / FrameworkSkills:billing specialist, Pharmacy, pharmacy technician, Medical billing, claim adjudication, prior authorization, Claim, claim processingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Will assist in centralized billing of all claims.
