About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join its Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Fraud Risk Programs team as a Fraud Risk Management Program Governance Lead. The role of the Fraud Risk Programs team is to manage WIM's fraud risk effectively and efficiently through proactive governance and oversight of the Fraud Risk Management and Identity Theft Program and the Required Absence Program. This individual will primarily support the Fraud Risk Management and Identity Theft Program with responsibility for managing the program's risk and control activities, Issues Management engagement, and developing and executing the program's Identity Theft governance and oversight program.In this role, you will:

Manage and oversee execution of the Fraud Risk Management Program's risk and control activities.

Advise on development and implementation of WIM risk and controls, processes, and procedures.

Drive the Program's oversight of and engagement with fraud and identity theft-related Issues and Corrective Actions.

Leverage insights drawn from the relationship between issues, corrective actions, controls, policies, and MCRs, to inform WIM's fraud risk profile.

Develop and execute the Program's Identity Theft governance and oversight processes and procedures to ensure business alignment with the Red Flags Rule, Regulation S-ID, and the appropriate Major Compliance Requirements (MCR).

Advise on fraud risk and identity theft applicability across the WIM business.

Assist and advise the Primary Program Contact (PPC) with program planning and governance activities.

Develop and maintain relationships with key business personnel, fraud subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders.

Develop and disseminate fraud risk communications across the business in partnership with enterprise and business-level partners.

Lead the consistent and reliable execution of the program to achieve impactful business results.

Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

Special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications, US:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Extensive experience with risk identification and control development, documentation, and execution.

Experience with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program.

Advanced proficiency with the Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) and Veritas.

A strong understanding of Major Compliance Requirements (MCR) and business alignment.

Experience with Issues Management and an understanding of the relationship between issues, corrective actions, controls, policies, and compliance requirements.

Expertise in Identity Theft, the Red Flags Rule, and Regulation S-ID, as well as other fraud and identity theft-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to organizational policies and procedures.

A demonstrated proficiency in quality control methodologies.

An understanding of and experience with documenting processes, controls, and procedures.

Familiarity with the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) business, products and services, processes and procedures, and client base.

Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance fraud prevention, detection, and response.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to convey insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key business stakeholders.

Professional industry fraud or financial crimes certifications, such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or Juris Doctorate.
