Title: Customer Service Representative/ Help Desk Assistant

Location: St.Louis, MO

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
  • Represent Client Office as the first voice of the company in a positive, welcoming manner, treating every call as a priority.
  • Pleasantly and professionally answer and route a high volume of incoming calls to appropriate extensions, screening calls as necessary
  • Assist callers to determine who should receive their call
  • Attempt to diffuse angry/hostile callers and engage appropriate internal teams to manage the situation
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the various organizations
  • Submit work orders for personnel moves/adds/changes
  • Manage conference call lines
  • Maintain directory information
  • Troubleshoot phones, headsets Required skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Courteous, patient and helpful
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Highly developed keyboarding skills
  • Ability to understand callers not speaking English as their first language
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Regular working hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
  • Reliable
