Our Kansas City, MO team is currently hiring for these positions:
Maintenance Supervisor for 228 units in North Kansas City, starting at $25-30/hr + bonuses
Maintenance Technician for 350 units in North Kansas City, starting at $18-22/hr + bonuses
EPA Certified Maintenance Technician for 108 units in North Lenexa, KS, starting at $20-25/hr + bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours.
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What you need:
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
-Property maintenance experience
-HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
-EPA certification required
-Physical ability to service condensing units on roofs
-Dry wall (repairs and new) including painting and carpentry
-Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
-Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
-Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
-Water heater knowledge of both electric and gas
What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:
-Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
-Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
-Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on-call emergency cell phone
-Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)
You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
