Service helper needed for outside work for swimming pool company. We are seeking quality-minded employees who take pride in their work. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather. Must be fit and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Warehouse is in Southeast Kansas City, MO, but we serve the greater Kansas City area (MO & KS). Employment to start immediately.
Position includes:
Helping with tasks involved with opening pools at the beginning of the season
Cleaning pools, skimmers, drains, covers and decks around pools
Checking water quality of pool and add chemicals to adjust to normal levels
Helping in servicing and repairing of pool equipment (e.g., installing pool liners, pumps, filters and cutting cement to fix swimming pool equipment)
Cleaning pool furniture and set out for use (public pools)
Cleaning bathrooms (public pools)
Helping with tasks involved with closing pools at the end of the season
In the off-season, you will work with other employees to put the warehouse back in order after the hectic pool season.
Additional requirements:
Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from our warehouse in Southeast Kansas City, MO.
Must be dependable, punctual, honest and drug free with a great work ethic.
