Position: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Kansas City Ks
Employment Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire)
Key Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance
Must have HVAC current certification
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Understanding of safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, team player.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform repairs and improvements as needed to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
- Adhere to fair housing guidelines to provide equitable services to all tenants.
- Collaborate with property management to address maintenance issues promptly.
