Job Title: Training AnalystJob DescriptionAssist in designing innovative and engaging courses for in-person, online, blended and e-learning audiences. Develop and organize financial-related course content, including learning activities, in collaboration with subject-matter experts and stakeholders. Create high-quality supplemental training material, such as handouts, reference guides, process maps and how-to guides. Analyze content for intended audience(s) based on skills and roles. Integrate training technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience. Provide support for financial training programs, such as creating and maintaining courses and sessions in the learning management system and scheduling in-person sessions. Maintain updates to training content on internal SharePoint sites. Create, distribute, analyze and summarize results of surveys. Assist in data modeling, data organization and summary reporting for various training and initiative programs. Prepare presentations, content and visual graphics utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Teams, Synthesia, and other programs. All other duties as assigned.Responsibilities

Design innovative and engaging courses for various learning formats.

Develop and organize financial-related course content with input from subject-matter experts.

Create supplemental training materials, such as handouts and guides.

Analyze content for audience skills and roles.

Integrate training technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Support financial training programs, including LMS management and session scheduling.

Maintain and update training content on internal SharePoint sites.

Create, distribute, and analyze surveys.

Assist in data modeling, organization, and summary reporting for training programs.

Prepare presentations, content, and visual graphics using various software.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communication, Business, or related field.

Minimum four (4) years of professional experience.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or learning experience design.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE or SAM.

Previous experience in a learning and development role, including instructional design, course development, or facilitation.

Experience with Accounting, Finance, or Project Financial Management content.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with learning management systems and online training software, such as Synthesia and Articulate Storyline.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization.

Knowledge of applications such as Canva, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Work EnvironmentThis position requires working in the office every day from Monday to Friday.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
