Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client's executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our executive office. As an Executive Assistant, you will act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and perform various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:

Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Handle all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond or redirect as necessary.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on deadlines and commitments.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues before they arise.

Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and clients on behalf of executives.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High level of professionalism and discretion.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
