The Boeing Company is currently seeking an experienced reporting and data analytics leader to join the Offer to Cash (O2C) organization. Requires expertise in defining, designing, and implementing reporting and analytical solutions. The chosen candidate will play a key role as the leader of the O2C reporting initiative to meet the business requirements of a growing aerospace and defense company. The job entails significant reporting and data analytics experience to meet commercial and government requirements of a complex international corporation. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the O2C reporting initiative Work with business representatives to develop reporting approach Develop data and reporting requirements Develop report inventory and execute the full reporting lifecycle (Requirements-Design-Test-Deploy) Actively participate in workshops to analyze and design enterprise business reporting needs during blueprinting analysis and design phase of the project Act as business process and data subject matter expert Participate in review of the requirements, designs and prototypes to ensure they fulfill the enterprise requirements Participate in development of test scripts and support functional and system integration testing of reporting Lead development of test scripts and testing for User Acceptance Test (UAT) of reporting In an Scaled Agile environment, work with business team members, product owners, industry assist partners, and other team members to define business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans Required Qualifications: 10+ years’ experience as a systems analyst or business analyst with reporting and analytics in a complex system environment, with a firm understanding of commercial and government requirements Experience with SAP embedded analytics S4 HANA experience ( 2+years) Fiori experience Finance or technical background in solution development Demonstrated knowledge of applications and processes in a large and complex business environment Desired Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of how business and IT organizations inter-operate Finance or technical degree Significant aerospace and defense knowledge Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
