Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic Prop 6 Phantom Works team in Hazelwood/ Berkeley, MO or Mesa, AZ .Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 4 :

Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements

Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators

Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities

Leads cross-functional process management activities

Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 5 :

All position responsibilities of a level 4 plus the following responsibilities:

Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities

Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs

Reviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholders

Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes

Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers

Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position is for 1st shift.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

More than 5 years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experienced Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Senior Level 5: More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:Experienced Level 4: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Senior Level 5: Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
