Description:MUST BE ELIGIBLE IN OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING U.S. SECURITY CLEARANCEWhy work with this assignment with our client:They're seeking a Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to join their team in Hazelwood, Missouri to support Avionics product lines. This organization develops and produces avionics and electronics systems designed for use on aircraft and other platforms for purposes such as navigation, flight controls, information systems, and other core avionics functions. With standards set high our sights are even higher - to design, develop, and manufacture the most technically advanced and reliable avionic components in the world. We are innovating and developing new products to address the future of the urban air mobility as well as our next generation of commercial, tactical, and trainer aircraft markets.As a part of the St. Louis based organization you will be an integral part in leading analysis of customer and system requirements and development of architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products. Leading development of high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications. Navigating reviews of testing and analysis activity to assure compliance to requirements. Identifying tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements. Leading activities in support of Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services. Coordinates engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product. Plans research projects to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements. This individual will works under minimal direction, and the work statement is a non-managerial role non-leadership role.The duties will included the following:

Lead analysis of customer and system requirements and development of architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products.

Lead development of high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications.

Navigate reviews of testing and analysis activity to assure compliance to requirements.

Identify tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements.

Lead activities in support of Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services.

Coordinate engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product.

Plan research projects to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.

Required Experience with: IO Timing Analysis, Signal Integrity, Timing Constraints and timing Diagrams, experience w/ Siemens HyperLynx (open to experience with other design analysis and verification tools)

Skills:Siemens Hyperlynx, signal integrity, synopsys primetime, ansys clock, smartdraw, siemens solid edgeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience).
