Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Digital Segment Product Team Lead to support Air Dominance / Phantom Works, Air Proprietary 1 (AP1) Program. In this role, you will be part of a high performing, cross functional team building next generation, state-of-the-art capability. This role is contingent on a future contract award.This position will report to the AP1 program manager, will be a member of the AP1 leadership team, and will plan, organize and direct activity for Information Technology, Cyber Security and Engineering teams that comprise the Digital Segment Product Team.A successful candidate will have familiarity with architecting, developing, maintaining and continuously improving enterprise scale protection level 3 (PL-3), hybrid cloud/on-premise classified digital infrastructure, to include technical planning and cost/schedule management. As Product Team lead, the successful candidate will hold RAA (responsibility, accountability and authority) to complete all digital segment statement of work and deliverables for the program.Position Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct and ensure technical excellence of all work associated with AP1 Digital Segment requirements and deliverables

Work with applicable subject matter experts to define AP1 Digital Segment technical approaches and ensure adherence to applicable engineering standards and processes

Work closely with all applicable functions and other program product teams to provide necessary people/skills, facility and information technology resources to execute statement of work according to cost and schedule commitments.

Provide technical subcontract management for all AP1 Digital Segment supplier activities

Establish strong relationships with program customers and stakeholders

Establish and execute team operating rhythm and integrate with program operating rhythm to align teammates and efficiently disseminate information/direction

Develop, track and communicate metrics to quantify technical and business performance, and organize all EVM reporting and analysis for the AP1 Digital Segment Product Team

Perform risk, issue and opportunity management

Develop and perpetuate a team culture of transparency, collaboration and inclusion

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) with ability to receive special program access (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field

5+ Experience managing technical teams

Technical experience in classified computing infrastructure and architecture

Working knowledge of Department of Defense cyber security requirements

Familiarity with digital workflows used on aerospace development programs

Experience managing complex projects

Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
