Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is actively looking for a skilled Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Work Place Coach with expertise in structures. This exciting opportunity is based in Berkeley, Missouri , within our dynamic team at the Skills Enhancement Center!Position Responsibilities:

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Shift Work:This position is for variable shift.Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

5+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

5+ years of experience with assembly and structures manufacturing.

5+ years of experience with sheet metal assemblies, drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation.

5+ years of experience removing, replacing, repairing, or upgrading components in equipment and/or systems.

3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience coaching in a manufacturing environment.

5+ years of experience with understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality.

3+ years of experience working with aerospace materials and structures used on commercial and/or military aircraft.

1+ years of experience working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.

5+ years of experience reading engineering blueprints/drawings.
