Description Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department. Updating and maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Processing documentation and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.) Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars. Collaborating with the recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes. Assisting the preparation of reports and analytics of employee's data. Providing orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies, gathering necessary paperwork, etc. Handling employee requests and potential issues. Administering health, life, and other employee benefits. Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection and analysis of employee feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 1-2 years experience in an HR role or similar. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS systems experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with attention to detail. Problem-solving Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
