Description The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making.

Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
