Part Time Accounting Assistant

Description We are in search of an Accounting Assistant to join our client's team in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role is centered around processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries in an efficient manner. The position also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records effectively Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Perform accounting functions and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Carry out auditing tasks and ensure compliance with financial regulations Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure financial accuracy.Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.Please submit your resume and call Jordan Lynch at 651-293-3973 for review and consideration.Requirements Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is necessary for managing financial data. Knowledge of Accounting Functions is needed for effective financial management. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing company's debts and payments. Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed for controlling credits and unpaid invoices. Ability to perform Auditing is required for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
