Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst, in this role you will be instrumental in offering support and technical assistance to customers who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing system errors and other issues, training staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, and ensuring full resolution of issues.Responsibilities: Responding to support requests via ServiceNow Providing training to staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware Creating, editing, and revising knowledge articles Diagnosing system errors and other issues Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues Installing or changing software to fix issues Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems Utilizing Microsoft and ServiceNow to perform daily tasks.Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required Experience with ServiceNow software is preferred Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must demonstrate a high level of customer service and satisfaction Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Relevant certifications in IT service management will be an added advantage Must be willing to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.
