Job Title: Donor CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a Donor Coordinator for a 6-month research program focused on donor research and donation.

This role involves answering phone calls and email communication, enrolling and screening donors, and performing a lot of manual work, particularly with Excel.

The organization is in the process of launching Salesforce, so a knowledge in CRM will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities include understanding donor requirements, managing accounts, and ensuring that clients and volunteers meet necessary criteria while entering their information into the system.
