Telework (https://mn.gov/mmb-stat/policies/1422-telework.pdf) (Within Minnesota or Neighboring States) The ICMS Services Facilitator serves as the integrated conflict resolution system’s trainer and facilitator for the Minnesota Department of Human Services. The ICMS Services Facilitator responds to destructive forms of conflict and understands constructive conflict is essential to the functioning of the Department of Human Services. The ICMS Services Facilitator supports the Department of Human Services’ Integrated Conflict Management System (ICMS), by following ICMS practice and protocol and coordinates and delivers ICMS employee development projects to educate towards conflict competence.Minimum QualificationsState Program Administrator Senior Qualifications:Two (2) years of expert experience performing training, knowledge, and experience in the principles and practices of restorative philosophy, alternative dispute resolution (transformative or facilitative mediation), and integrated conflict management systems along with the required work experiences listed below.ORBachelor’s degree in peace and conflict studies, conflict resolution, psychology, or another closely related degree.ANDOne (1) year of experience performing conflict management training and/or experience in the principles and practices of restorative philosophy, alternative dispute resolution (transformative or facilitative mediation), and integrated conflict management systems along with the required work experiences listed below.Required work experiences must clearly demonstrate:
Conducting conflict facilitation services.
Evaluating problems of a procedural nature and applying techniques to deal with those problems.
Practical experience applying conflict management principles at an organization or business.
