Your role extends beyond mere administration; you'll be a strategic partner in leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance business outcomes.What They Offer:

Primary Responsibilities:HRIS Leadership & Collaboration:Become the go-to expert in HRIS, fostering relationships with internal teams and third-party administrators to drive system efficiency and resolve issues promptly.Lead the charge in configuring and optimizing our HRIS platform to meet evolving business needs, from workflow automation to data integrity maintenance.Data Insights & Continuous Improvement:Harness the power of HR data to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making across the organization.Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Compliance & Integration:Ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements through meticulous data management and reporting.Collaborate with HR leaders to integrate HR systems seamlessly across departments, supporting strategic initiatives and future growth.Team Support & Leadership:Serve as a mentor and resource for HR teams and other departments, providing guidance on HRIS-related matters and fostering a culture of continuous learning.Support project execution and contribute to the development of HR systems and initiatives.Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field

3+ years of HRIS experience, including proficiency with UKG Pro and advanced data analysis skills

Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices; payroll experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset
