Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota. This role is within the telecom provider industry and will involve overseeing administrative duties in our office, managing office staff, and ensuring office operations run smoothly. Responsibilities: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately Assist with onboarding new hires, including workstation setup and providing a general orientation to the office Manage office budget Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports. Requirements Demonstrable experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role. Proficiency in the use of office management software and systems. Knowledge of workstation support and ability to troubleshoot common issues. Excellent phone presence, with the ability to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally. Familiarity with video conferencing tools and their usage in a professional setting. Understanding of HealthCare.gov and its applications in a business environment. Basic knowledge of R Code and its applications in data analysis. Experience with offshore team coordination and management. Familiarity with TRICARE and its implementation in employee healthcare benefits. Proficiency in Network Information Service (NIS) and its applications in an office setting. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and judgment to handle confidential information.
