Description We are seeking a New Customer Enrollment Specialist in our healthcare industry, located in New Brighton, MN. This role is centered around logistics and operations, where you will primarily be responsible for the timely processing of new patient accounts, coordinating the scheduling of services, maintaining customer files, and ensuring the production of all delivery paperwork. This role involves a high level of customer service and interaction with other departments, including Referral Management and Territory Sales Managers. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. Adhere to all guidelines and regulations, including those related to patient confidentiality. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear information on products, services, and processes. Maintain a strong working knowledge of products, services, funding sources, and company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of specific requirements of contracted providers. Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and customer service best practices. Adhere to established quality standards and guidelines in customer interactions.
