Description As a New Customer Enrollment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the onboarding process for new customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, you will address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner while ensuring compliance with all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers to understand their needs.
Provide clear and concise information to customers on products, services, and processes.
Accurately load all patient information into working systems, generating all necessary documentation, and providing a high level of customer service to customers and ABC Territory Sales Managers
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
