Join a successful residential remodeling company working primarily in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Candidate must possess the following qualities: genuine interest in learning carpentry skills, good attitude, works well as a team member, has integrity, timeliness, honest, commitment to great customer service, good communicator, and willing to work in a safe manner.
Must be willing to perform the following tasks:
Demolition, job site preparation, install floor protection.
Work with a variety of tools to accurately measure, cut, and join wood, plastic, and other building materials.
Frame structures and walls.
Install ladders and scaffolding.
Learn to safely use electric saws, hammers, levels, miter boxes, pneumatic nail guns, sanding machines and squares.
Ability to work alone and as a team member.
Smart phone proficiency.
Good listener, follows instruction, asks questions.
Owns a good working vehicle and has a clean driving record.
Keep the job site clean, safe, and secure at all times.

Compensation package: Hourly pay between $18 – 25 depending on experience. IRA match, profit sharing, PTO, paid holidays and stipend for health insurance, mileage reimbursement, work clothes and tool allowance. Full time position. Opportunity to grow with our company!
