We are looking to hire an experienced residential remodeling framing carpenter. If you have experience remodeling older homes we are looking for team players from demo, floor framing, wall framing, roof framing, window and door install, and other portions of projects related to additions and large remodeling projects. If you are organized and proficient in framing this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. Some requirements are that you have your own vehicle and tools and are at the top of your game. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge on remodeling older homes. The ideal candidate will have ten years of framing experience, some working in homes built prior to 1940.00 The success of our company is fueled by our highly skilled and professional team.
Responsibilities
Oversee and help to demo spaces to prep for remodeling.
Floor, wall, and roof framing.
Install of headers and support beams to remove load bearing walls.
Install of windows and doors.
Worksite management of materials, site cleanliness, cleanup and removal of debris.
Interpret accurately plans and scope of work.
Outstanding communication with co-workers and clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
