Production Manager at Bravo Restorations LLC
Bravo Restorations LLC is looking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in the construction industry, specializing in both interior and exterior work for residential and some commercial, and are passionate about growing and learning in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, we would love to hear from you!
As we approach the storm season, familiarity with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters is essential. Additionally, you'll be responsible for overseeing deck construction, additions, home renovations, and other construction projects as part of your role. Hands-on support will be light duty and generally limited to specific needs.
Position Overview: As our Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of a wide range of construction projects, ensuring that each is completed on time, within budget, and meets Bravo Restorations’ high-quality standards. You will manage projects from start to finish, maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, and ensure smooth, efficient project workflows. While your role will primarily focus on overseeing the production process, there may be occasional opportunities to assist with material pickup or provide light hands-on support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage interior and exterior construction projects in both commercial and residential sectors, including decks, additions, and home renovations.
Ensure timely and efficient project completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide light hands-on support on occasion for jobs managed from start to finish.
As storm season approaches, be ready to quickly adjust and manage roofing, siding, windows, and gutters as part of our project scope.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $75,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
Incentive Pay: An aggressive incentive pay to help reach incentive cap.
Incentive Cap: Total combined compensation (base salary + incentive pay) capped at $95,000 annually.
Gas Card/Fuel Reimbursement: Receive a gas card or equivalent fuel reimbursement for project-related travel.
