Remodel for Life is seeking a proactive, independent-working individual to manage remodeling projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will ensure each project’s scope of work is completed efficiently to meet company quality standards while maintaining budgets. They will supervise and coordinate company employees and subcontractors while maintaining consistent client contact and satisfaction.
Qualified applicants will have a broad understanding of building and remodeling techniques, superior organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with clients. Applicants should be well-rounded in their knowledge of the remodeling trades and know residential building codes to interact and negotiate with building officials. While this is a ‘management’ position, you must be comfortable working on the job site when necessary to train employees and or keep projects on schedule.
Attention to detail, personal reliability, and integrity are a must. Communication, organization, and customer service skills are integral to the position. Personal tools are required. The use of technology and smartphones is needed.

Responsibilities:
Maintain construction knowledge to a degree in which it can be communicated confidently to clients and allow for efficient communication with subcontractors.
Set realistic expectations with clients in regard to schedule, construction process, and completed product.
Guide clients to efficiently complete all necessary selections.
Prepare, communicate, and carry out realistic schedules.
Consistently communicate work schedule with homeowners.
Intelligently and resourcefully manage and solve problems be they construction or people related.
Understand each project's budget and find a way to stay under it for the defined scope of work.
Ensure change orders are created and approved before their scope is underway
Organize project schedules and details in such a way that allows for quality management of maximum workload.
Must remain proactive in moving each project from start to finish.
Secure all necessary permits.
Schedule all necessary inspections.
Lead, manage, and hold accountable job supervisors, field staff, and subcontractors.
Work closely with estimators to ensure project scopes and estimates are accurate.
Qualifications:

5+ years experience in the construction industry.
3+ years experience in Residential Project Management.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Highly motivated and organized.
Experience producing and maintaining project schedules.
Able to work with a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Maintain organization while working on multiple remodeling projects at once.
Experience with Microsoft Office software and BuilderTrend.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass an MVR screening.
Must pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
