Hiring: Wood Flooring Employee

FIF is looking to hire a dependable employee for 28-42 hours/week to sand and install hardwood floors. Previous construction experience preferred, but not required. Paid on-the-job training provided. Starting pay ranges from $18-$25/hour.
Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, have reliable transportation to various job sites in MN, be able to lift over 50 pounds.
Currently the ratio of work looks like 70% of the time we spend sanding hardwood floors 30% installing. I am willing to pick up or meet somewhere so we can carpool if you live close enough to me.
