We are seeking another carpenter. Someone with a minimum of seven years experience in any of the following areas: millwork, trim and cabinet installation. MUST have worked in pre1950's homes. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.
You must have your own tools, a valid drivers license and dependable transportation to get to and from the job site. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 year experience in remodeling pre 1950's home. This is very different from new home builds and we specifically need remodeling carpenters. We build additions, dormers, kitchen, baths, decks, porches and whole house remodeling. We do it all, from framing to trim work. We have a highly skilled team of carpenters and tradesmen, so you will learn from the best.
Responsibilities
Show up on time, punctuality is important.
Cabinet, trim and millwork installation.
Installation of doors, base trim, casing, crown molding and railings.
Worksite cleanup and removal of debris.
Accurately read and interpret plans and scope of work.
Outstanding communication with co-workers and clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with a willingness to learn.
Working knowledge of 365 mobile app is preferred.
