MCI Paint & Drywall, Inc. is looking for an EXPERIENCED Field Supervisor to serve the Greater Metro and surrounding area. This is a working supervisor position.
The basic functions of the Residential Field Supervisor are:
- Supervise the operations of the work crews to meet the production schedules.
- Verify materials have been delivered on jobs as ordered.
- Daily review and adjust Drywall, Taping and Sanders schedules
- As needed, repair subcontractor's damage or errors, or correct drywall defects found in the final "Walk Through".
- Follow up and maintain accurate current and short-term status of each job, contractor’s schedules and contract labor crew.
- Provide additional operational support for the Scheduler, Purchaser/Estimator, the Construction Crews and other Management Team members, as required.
The compensation is based on the level of expertise and experience in the required fields.
