SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Help create and manage your sales team (You will earn a commission for each sale that your team member sells).
Devote time in the field with sales consultants observing and coaching effective selling techniques.
Creating a team atmosphere while helping sales "people" develop into sales professionals."
Coach your sales team to develop effective and efficient sales methods and processes.
Develop and maintain an understanding of our products and systems to effectively coach, influence, and respond to sales team and customer inquiries.
Motivate your sales team to source new leads through networking, referrals, and after-the-sale marketing.
Responding to escalated customer concerns/issues with the involvement of sales consultants and other departments.
Influence team commitment to continually strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" customers.
Implementing training programs for sales associates to increase profitability.
Achieve team sales goals by motivating sales consultants to support the fulfillment of branch objectives (customer satisfaction, market share growth, and profitability).
This is not your typical 9-5 job.
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will set up appointment times and meet at customers' homes to solicit our service for the replacement and installation of Roofing, Siding, Gutters, and Windows.
Generate leads: Canvas/network with homeowners in storm-damaged areas.
Answer incoming leads provided by our company.
Provide free damage inspections/assessments.
Report damage assessment findings to the homeowner.
Review the company's credentials with the homeowner.
Explain the agreement between us and the homeowner.
Sign service agreement.
Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claims.
Outside Sales Representative must explain the entire claims process.
Meet with the insurance adjuster to discuss the scope of damages.
Turn insurance-approved construction projects into the production department.
Meet your monthly sales goals. (Personal/Team Goals)
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Valid driver's license.
An outgoing personality.
Possess the ability to multitask.
Strong customer-service orientation.
A positive will-to-win attitude.
A competitive spirit.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable on a ladder.
1 year or more with roofing/siding sales (insurance and retail - this is non negotiable)
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE BENEFITS
Excellent Income Potential $150,000 (Base Pay/Commission)
BONUS - Additional Commission Earned From Each Sale Your Team Member Sells.
NO Production! We want you to ONLY sell. You will not have to manage the job, pull permits, get materials, etc. Your number one job is to sell and make sure your customers are happy. We will take care of the rest.
