Commission per lead and commission per sale generated up to $50 dollars per customer.

What you will do
The Roadshow Lead Generator is responsible for generating Sales Leads in one of our biggest National Account clients: “Costco”. This person will conduct Roadshows in different stores throughout the territory appointed, visiting different stores per week depending on a calendar previously arranged. Each Roadshow should take an average of 10 hours to complete and should generate between 5 and 10 “Leads” a day, then these leads will be attended by a Sales Rep who will ensure the Sale is accomplished. Also, this position will receive a bonification if the “Lead” converts to a “Visit”, and an extra bonification if that “Visit” transforms into a “Sale”.
Job Expectations
-Managing Customer relationships: expectations, needs, concerns, questions, etc., in order to encourage the sale of new products.
-Generation of Leads through interaction with the public in stores.
-Promote new colors launch and special finishes (edges/profiles), and new applications like walls, facades, and showers.
-Attention to detail is key, as you will have to recompile potential clients' information in order for them to be contacted by the Sales Representative.
-Visit Costco stores according to planned schedules and ensure we generate enough “Leads”
-Ensure all paperwork is right and signed between the customer and you and provide the Sales Rep with the final information.
-Submit daily reports through a computer or tablet with a summary of your day, with the information and accomplishment of the -Roadshow.
-Ability to provide product knowledge to the customers and technical advantages.
-Other tasks as assigned by management.
