Experienced Roofing Sales Rep / Project Manager

Slim and Trim Construction (STC Roofing) is looking to add 2 High Quality Sales Reps to our small dynamic team. We are looking for a couple people who routinely do $1million or more in sales. We have an elite team currently and our office knows how to make files move smoothly.

All Reps should have a minimum of 3 years experience

Reps will be paid commission at the rate outlined below based on performance.

30% of the profit of all their jobs if they produce $100,000 or less in revenue.

40% of the profit of all their jobs if they produce $100,000 - $400,000 in revenue.

50% of the profit of all their jobs if they produce $400,000 - $750,000 in revenue.

60% of the profit of all their jobs if they produce $750,000 and above in revenue

All of these are retroactive, meaning you get paid 60% on all jobs if you turn in $750,000 worth of work (with down payments) in a calendar year.

What we offer:

Fully staffed office and production department.

We take care of billing although the rep is in charge of collections.

We do material orders including siding accessory counts.

We supervise the crews although the rep is expected to be at all builds and answer questions for customers. Roof builds the rep should be at the build before 10am and for siding jobs the rep should be at the siding build every 2-3 days.

In house production team for repairs and miscellaneous small jobs (downspouts, combing AC units, one piece of fascia, etc).

In house estimator for Xactimate.

Sales Manager to answer systems questions and help facilitate when a complicated job arises.

The ability to take a vacation and someone else cover for the rep when they are gone.

What we expect of our Reps:

Basics:

To be Honest, Reliable, and maintain Integrity.

Have a positive attitude.

Be on time to meetings (customer/adjuster/company).

Meet with a supervisor weekly.

Duties:

Generate business through prospecting new customers and signing sales contracts with them.

Meet with insurance adjusters.

Choose colors and products with customers.

Fill out Order Forms / Create Job Folders Including Photos of Roof and Elevations.

Go out to job builds in the morning (BEFORE 10AM) to explain the job to the crew and check for issues such as bad decking.

Manage customers expectations.

Meet with customers after project completion, asking for referrals and reviews.

Collect payments.

Communicate with the office about rushes, problem fixes, and problem customers.

Check invoices.

Follow company policy and procedures.

Our goal is to provide a smooth process for Excellent Reps so they can sell $1,000,000 plus each year. If a rep is producing strong sales and is respectful we have the staff to handle a lot of junk work to keep the rep selling.
