We are looking for an individual or a couple to manage 45 rental units in Foley MN.
Must live near Foley or the option to live on site is available.
Duties include but not limited to cleaning, leasing,record keeping, rent collections, light maintenance and certifications.
Must possess excellent organization and customer service skills.
