Guardian Property Management & Guardian Property Maintenance is a locally owned company that manages and maintains residential rental properties throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Most of the properties we manage are single-family homes, townhouses, duplexes and small apartment buildings ranging in size from 4 -24 units. We are currently seeking a full-time Scattered-Site Property & Caretaker Coordinator to join our team. This is a roving position, and the individual in the role will spend most of their time at properties and meeting with caretakers.
Role Responsibilities:
Perform on-site visits at all multi-unit buildings managed by Guardian Property Management, ensuring that they are maintained as clean, safe and comfortable for all residents.
Identify and solve issues on the spot, professionally and courteously. Or partner with the maintenance or management office team when appropriate.
Communicate and partner with property owners, caretakers and GPM team to maximize job efficiency.
Lead by example and uphold outstanding client relations and service with owners and residents.
Select, train and work with caretakers at buildings.
Identify maintenance needs and partner with owners and maintenance team to address as appropriate.
Comply with Fair Housing laws.
Assist with overseeing snow removal processes.

Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle for use on the job
Prefer 2+ years of residential property management experience.
Bilingual a plus
