Residential Property Manager - West Metro (2 Sites West Metro)

Come join our welcoming, supportive, attentive team at TCG Management. We are looking for an experienced Resident Property Manager to manage 62 units, on the west side of the Twin Cities Metro Area.

The performance requirements are as follows:

Knowledge of organizational and apartment community policies and procedures.

Proven and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

Must understand and follow the Fair Housing laws.

Complete tasks associated with community operations, including accounting, processing invoices, making bank deposits, reconciling resident accounts.

Verify applications, process paperwork, and maintain accurate files.

Persistence in assertively collecting rent and fees.

Assist with the development of the annual operating and capital budget.

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure that the physical aspects of the community meet the established standards.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience:

Managing a tax credit property

Employee supervision

Excellent customer service skills

Strong sales and leasing skills

Computer skills

Yardi software knowledge
